Why I Teach

My goal as an educator is to inspire tomorrow's leaders to create a better future building on the beauty of complex knowledge. I want them to learn to face uncertainties and challenges of the modern world with courage, resolve, and imagination.

Teaching Experience and Interests

I hold a BA in Education from Herzen State Pedagogical University. Since 2012, I have been successfully teaching  and mentoring diverse ranges of students, from elementary school pupils to executive level professionals, individually and in groups of 5-120 participants. I have supervised Master-level theses on AI in management and student consulting projects.

My teaching interests are in the Organizational Behavior and Creativity and Innovation Management subject areas.
