Daria R. Morozova, PhD
Hello and welcome!
My name is Daria R. Morozova. As of September 2023, I am an Assistant Professor of Management and Organisation at the Department of Business Studies at Leiden Law School.
I am interested in what being human means in the changing world. My current research focus is on the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on creative and social aspects of human activity.
About
Dr. Daria R. Morozova is a social scientist and an organizational scholar. She holds a PhD in Management and HR from HEC Paris. She joined Leiden University as an Assistant Professor of Management and Organisation in September 2023. Her research seeks to enable individuals and organizations to thrive creatively and socially as advanced technologies like AI rapidly change the world.
Prior to joining academia, Daria has worked in media, cultural, educational, legal, FMCG, and IT companies. She holds a Master's degree in IT and Innovation Management from the Graduate School of Management, St. Petersburg State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Education from Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia.
Outside of academic and industry engagements, Daria is a professional contemporary artist. She has lived (8 months+) in seven countries across Europe, North America, and Asia and speaks six languages.
